I had the chance to try dishes like Soft-Shell Crab with Chaiya Salted Egg Sauce, Stir-Fried Pak Miang with Dried Shrimp, Braised Pork Belly (Khao Yook), and Phang Nga Luk Chok Curry. Every dish was absolutely delicious and perfectly suited to my taste.
