"Nam Yoi" is one of Phuket's local restaurants, having been around for nearly 30 years. Starting out as a small, homey restaurant, it has now expanded into a large, open-air restaurant, surrounded by shady trees. The atmosphere feels like dining at a relative's house.
There's no need to elaborate on the taste — it's spicy, flavorful, and satisfying, just like authentic Southern Thai cuisine. And most importantly, the prices are reasonable.

* * Stir-fried morning glory with eggs – also known as “liang leaves” in central Thailand – has a mild, well-balanced flavor.
