I booked this resort after seeing all the hype on social media, expecting an amazing experience. I even chose the most expensive room, hoping it would be worth it. Unfortunately, it fell short. Breakfast wasn’t included with the pool villa despite the high price. Housekeeping only cleans after 4 pm, and my request for an earlier cleaning was declined. The kitchen closes promptly at 9:30 pm — I called just one minute after for a drink and was turned away.

The toilet had a persistent bad smell; housekeeping sprayed air freshener, but it only lasted about four hours before returning. The shower also couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature.

It’s fine for a quick day visit, but not ideal for a long stay. It seems most people are just here for the photos — it’s not a relaxing place to stay.
