Thailand-Phuket-Patong: The Most Lively Spot in Phuket

Patong is arguably the most popular destination in Phuket, offering a mix of everything: beach relaxation, a wide range of hotels for every budget, numerous bars and entertainment venues, as well as nightlife that lasts until morning with various shows.

🚐 We took a Grab taxi directly from the airport. The ride to our hotel, Patong Lodge Hotel, cost 688 baht (approximately 3,000 rubles). The distance from the airport to the hotel is about 34 km, and the trip took a little over an hour.

🏡 The selection of hotels in Patong is vast: from luxurious hotels with stunning sea views to small rooms without even a window. As a result, the "crowd" here is very diverse.

🏝️ Patong Beach is the longest beach in Phuket, with a shoreline of about 3 km. A road runs along the entire beach, lined with various cafes and hotels.

🍲 On the beach, you can find a variety of drinks and food. Freshly squeezed juice can be made right in front of you. You can also enjoy freshly prepared seafood or meat snacks. Alternatively, visit any cafe to savor the amazing Tom Yum soup.

🌊 Patong offers plenty of activities. You can ride jet skis, go parasailing, or take a stroll to Bangla Road.

I recommend choosing Patong in Phuket for those looking to save money. Hotels and food here are cheaper than in other tourist areas of Phuket, and there are plenty of entertainment options.
