[Taipei🇹🇼Classic Spot] A beautiful city where nostalgia and modernity come together

This time, we will introduce recommended spots in Taipei, Taiwan 🙌🏻
Taiwan has a variety of attractions, from nostalgic architectural spots to modern and stylish spots 🇹🇼
It is easy to access as it is only 3.5 hours by plane from Japan!
It is recommended for those who are new to overseas travel and busy working people as it can be enjoyed even during a 3-day holiday ✨

Jiufen Old Street
A super famous spot in Taiwan that goes without saying!
It is said to have been the model for "Spirited Away". It can be reached by bus from Taipei city in about 1 hour. The bus comes relatively smoothly on the way there, but after dusk the bus may be full and it may be difficult to get back...
You can also make a reservation in advance or join a tour 🙆

Yehliu Geopark
A mysterious spot lined with strange rocks formed by weathering and erosion by the sea. I feel like it has become famous in the last few years! It is a view that you cannot see in Japan ✨
You can freely stroll around, so I recommend finding a rock of your favorite shape and taking a picture! The photo on the left is the famous "Queen's Head" 👸

Shifen Old Street
This is also a popular spot in Taipei, Shifen!
You can write your wishes on a lantern and send it flying!
It's in the same direction as Jiufen, so it might be efficient to go there on the same day 👀
The local train that passes right next to the stalls is also worth seeing 🚞

Matsuyama Teahouse
A very stylish tea shop located just inside the entrance to Jiufen (the 7-Eleven side)! They let you sample a lot of tea so you can take your time choosing! Of course the tea is great, but the cups they sell are also cute ♡
Tea is a bargain considering its luxury, starting at 1000 yen per bag! Taiwanese tea is famous, so it's also a great souvenir 🙌🏻

Ningxia Night Market
A night market in Taipei famous for Taiwanese cuisine!
It's smaller than Shilin Night Market, but that makes it easier to get around and you can return to shops you've already passed by!
The "oyster omelette" is especially famous! However, I'm a bit scared of eating oysters overseas, so I haven't tried it yet...!
