Torry's Ice Cream

If you don't eat at this restaurant, it's like you haven't been to Phuket. This lovely restaurant is stylishly decorated. It's not very large, and there aren't many tables to choose from, but it's well-organized and has plenty of beautiful photo spots. The staff provides excellent service and detailed recommendations for everything in the restaurant. After eating, you're required to help clean up your trash and separate it. There's a designated area for sorting your trash.
Today, we tried two dishes:
• Bigo Moi (150 baht)
It's basically black sticky rice topped with creamy coconut milk and ice cream (the ice cream is delicious). The container is a cute brass pan. It's delicious and well-made, but the portions are a bit small. You can take the cups home after you've finished eating. Let the staff clean them, and they'll put them in a bag for you to take home.
• Yuzu Oh Aew (180 baht)
The base is yuzu-flavored jelly topped with sweet and sour yuzu ice cream. It's very refreshing (though the portions are a bit small for the price). But that's understandable. It's a tourist destination.
If you're in Phuket Old Town and looking for a dessert, I highly recommend this place.
Parking is recommended at Wat Mongkol Nimit. Parking along the roadside is incredibly difficult (parking fee: 20 baht).
