Amazing Stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong

Our stay at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong was fantastic. From arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and were so welcoming, especially Ms. Bambi and Ms. Orn, who went the extra mile to ensure we felt at home. The restaurant manager (I missed her name) was also wonderful; her genuine hospitality really impressed us. Our room was immaculate and had direct pool access, enhancing our enjoyment. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, and the seafood buffet was certainly worth it. The team even celebrated my birthday with a free cake—a thoughtful gesture that made the day unforgettable. Huge thanks to the wonderful staff for making our trip memorable. We’ll definitely return!
