Phuket's coolest night market 😎🛍️

Go to anywhere in Thailand and you'll be told that your vacation is incomplete without a visit to a night market. Out of the many night markets I've visited in Thailand, Phuket's Chillva Night Market is one of the best!

It's huge, clean, and well-organized. The market features several areas: a stage and dining area, food, clothing, and bars. The bar area is made entirely out of repurposed shipping containers, which is very creative!

There are many thrift shops here with reasonable prices, and bargaining is more than welcome! Look out for the many artisan booths as well, such as jewellery and leather artists. Apart from shopping, the food choices are extensive. Expect any kind of cuisine possible, thought you have to try the bugs and insects! It's a one-of-a-kind experience. Once you've gotten all your food, relax at the outdoor dining area with a stage for performances for you to enjoy.

Tips for visiting Chillva Night Market:

1. The night market opens at 5pm from Wednesdays to Saturdays only.
2. Some vendors do not allow you to try on clothes.
3. Free parking is available!
4. Most clothing shops accept major cards
