Staycation at the east corner of Beijing

We had a roadtrip to Pinggu for a weekend. It’s at the far east of Beijing. We found a small cost home stay near Jinhai lake.

🧺 We had a picnic by the lake the day we arrived. You can actually rent tents, tables and chairs on the spot however we brought our own stuff and then you can hang for free.

⛵️the lake is amazing and you can rent different kind of boats, kayaks and SUP.

🏎️ we tried Go-Karting down one of the mountains. They will take you up with a buss from the ticket/parking area and then you can race down the mountain at your own speed. Very cool and fun experience.
