【2023 Pingtung Food】LiZi cafe handmade desserts, coffee, afternoon tea

Today I came to a dessert coffee shop in Pingtung City❤️
The bosses are young people returning from the north.
I am also very different from others, I did not study catering in my undergraduate degree;
It’s about dance and stage design (?!) 😆
But because of my hobby, I came into contact with desserts after entering the society.
So I decided to open this shop; all the cakes are made by myself
From the selection of ingredients (all blended, not too sweet)

Roasted Tea Chiffon:
Not sweet or greasy, especially the roasted tea cream sauce on top (you can also add cream)
The first time I ate cake, I didn’t feel sick of it. My boyfriend loved it.

Mulberry Yogurt:
The cheese is like ice cream, with a harder ice cream texture, paired with homemade mulberry sauce, it is not sweet or greasy, just perfect ❤️

Roselle Rose:
I originally wanted to have a pot with some sweet dessert, but I may have thought too much.
You have to wait for ⌛️12 minutes for this pot before the boss will bring you a cup for tasting 😆
But it's not what I like. It smells like a faint rose of Roselle. It doesn't taste very surprising when I drink it. It tastes like sour water.

Dongdongli:
The menu says "adult taste" (laughing),
Let’s try the adult flavor; I thought it was very bitter coffee☕️
It turns out not to be; maybe it’s plum juice added with coffee? !
It tastes very good when it's icy♥︎ and it's also very smooth, and it's also suitable to be paired with desserts
