Sheding Nature Park is located next to Kenting National Forest Recreation Area in Hengchun Township, Pingtung County. The park covers an area of ​​128.7 hectares. The geology here is a coral reef land formed by the topography of the seabed through crustal movement. There are various coral reef landforms in the park, such as rift valleys, canyons, and narrow strips of sky. In addition, there are many crevices, limestone caves, stalagmites, stone pillars, grandma stones, stalactites, and other geographical landscapes in the park. After heavy rain in April and May every year, it is the season for fireflies to hatch. In the evening, you can see twinkling yellow-green spots of light floating in the sky.
