Kan-Hai Art Museum

Pingtung's Kan-Hai Art Museum is located in Haikou Port, Checheng Township. It was transformed from an old ferry terminal into a unique venue combining stunning ocean views with art exhibitions. The museum's pure white architecture and large floor-to-ceiling windows allow visitors to enjoy art while taking in the scenic harbor views. The rooftop skywalk is a popular highlight, offering panoramic views of Haikou Beach and the vast horizon.

The museum regularly hosts themed exhibitions, such as the "Monster Stand-in" outdoor inflatable art exhibition, which showcased large soft sculptures by domestic and international artists, filled with whimsy and a sense of healing. It serves not only as an art space but also as a therapeutic destination to experience Pingtung's laid-back lifestyle and coastal charm.

📍 Address: No. 1-12, Haikou Road, Checheng Township, Pingtung County 🚉 Transportation: Driving is recommended; alternatively, take the Taiwan Railways to Fangliao Station and transfer to Bus 518, alighting at "Haikou" stop.
