Sunset Row Pokhara🌄

Check out my Pokhara experience – Nepal’s chill for sunsets, boating, and nature escapes 🇳🇵✨

Must-See Places in Pokhara
1. Phewa Lake: Rent a blue boat at Lakeside (from 6am to sunset) and glide across tranquil waters with mountain horizons.
2. Sarangkot: Sunrise or sunset here is next level. Head up by taxi or hike for panoramic Annapurna Range views
3. Elephant Experience: Try a responsible elephant sanctuary outside town instead of traditional rides; you can feed and learn about these gentle giants up close, and it’s way more rewarding (ask your hotel for recommendations).
4. Devi’s Fall & Gupteshwor Cave: Cool for a quick stop! Waterfall best viewed after rain. The cave's got a mystical vibe and is located right across the street.
5. Lakeside Strip: Chill out with lakefront coffee shops, Nepali food spots (try Moondance Restaurant), and local boutiques. Evening scene is friendly, with live music at many spots.

Travel Tips
- Getting Around: Tuk-tuks or walking work well for Lakeside. Rent a scooter for out-of-town gems. Yes, it’s affordable and flexible!
- Food: Don’t miss Nepali dal bhat, Tibetan momos, yak cheese pizza. Most eateries on the main Lakeside street stay open till 9pm.
- Weather: Bring layers – mornings/sunsets get breezy, and sudden showers can hit (best months: Oct–Apr).
- Money: ATMs line Lakeside, but cash is king for markets and small boats.
- Entry: Nepal visa is on arrival and super simple at Pokhara airport.
