Port Dickson Must-Eat: The Famous Lucky King Bun 👑

#portdicksonguide

Finally managed to squeeze in a 3-day-2-night getaway to Port Dickson with the fam!
While we were still on the road, wondering what to have for dinner, Mum suddenly said, “Let’s detour and grab a bread-chicken 🐔.” It’s been ages since we last had one, so off we went to Lucky King Bun.

Every year we do a PD trip, and every year—on the way home—we pick up one of their curry-chicken buns. This time we couldn’t even wait until the drive back, lol.

Heads-up on the price: it’s gone up from RM37 to RM40.
But the thing is huge—no way one person can finish it. The curry’s loaded with chunky potatoes, and the chicken is juicy, not dry at all.

Pro tips
• One bun easily feeds 3–4 people.
• Best eaten right away. If it cools down, just microwave or reheat the curry, and steam the bread for a few minutes—good as new.

Branches
• Seremban
• Port Dickson (the one I always hit ’cause, well, annual PD trip 😆)

Just search “Lucky King Bun” on Maps and you’ll find them.

Opening hours
11 AM – 5 PM (closed Tuesdays)

Address
4366, Jalan Besar, Lukut, 71010 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan
