📍 May Fourth Square and the Surrounding Promenade

May Fourth Square is even more worthwhile when you visit at night!

The square is a 20-minute walk from Haitian Mall, which was near my accommodation.
The surrounding nightlife is reminiscent of the cyberpunk world I dreamed of as a child, so a nighttime stroll is a must!!

📍 Taitung Night Market

After taking some photos at May Fourth Square, head to the MRT station and visit the Taitung Night Market!

I think the charm of the Taitung Night Market lies in the Chinese food culture, blending with the diverse European architecture. Instead of dinner, grab some street food and take a stroll around the area to fully enjoy Qingdao's nightlife.

📍 Mingyue Mountain: A City That Never Sleeps

Shanhai Garden is a 10-minute walk from Hongdao Station on Line 8! I think it's named after its dazzling nighttime glow.
You can experience Chinese culture at a Chinese-style theme park and, most importantly, see the mermaid show! I think it's a great place to visit on your second night.

🌞Daytime

📍 Zhongshan Road

Near Zhongshan Road are the Jimoru Market and the Catholic Church, so if you visit before dawn, you can see buildings that truly live up to Qingdao's reputation as Europe in China.
My mother wasn't particularly keen on visiting China before coming here, but after visiting Qingdao, she loved it so much. Of all the places, Zhongshan Road was her favorite! I highly recommend it.

📍 Pier

Actually, there are so many people that I don't think it's necessary to go that far. "There's a sea?" If you're passing by, I recommend stopping by.

📍 Yacht Club

Before visiting, I wondered why I bothered to go all the way to the yacht club, but after visiting, I was completely captivated by its beautiful scenery. It's a truly beautiful neighborhood that blends perfectly with the European-style plaza, so I think it's a must-see on any Qingdao itinerary!

📍 Beer Museum

If you like beer, I recommend it. If you don't, you can skip it.
I don't really like beer, so I didn't feel the need to come!
