Erlangshen Cultural Heritage Park is located in Wulongkou, one kilometer north of Guannan County, Jiangsu Province, at the mouth of the Guanhe River, where five rivers converge. As a new tourist attraction in Guannan County, the people of Guannan have leveraged the strategic resources of "Journey to the West" and "Erlangshen" to invest a total of 120 million yuan, develop 395 mu of land, and build 16,000 square meters of floor space.

The Guanjiangkou, where Erlang Shen was stationed, is the prototype of the Guanhekou in present-day Guannan County. Numerous legends about Erlang Shen are circulated in the area. Furthermore, an Erlang Shen Temple, once a popular temple, was built at Wulongkou, north of present-day Guannan County. It was later destroyed by war and floods.

The park's completion is a significant initiative by Guannan County to promote regional cultural heritage and tourism development. On May 5, 2014, the park was approved as a National 4A Tourist Attraction. It has become a national center for the preservation and display of Erlang Shen culture, the largest Taoist site in northern Jiangsu and southern Shandong, and a key attraction in the "Huaihai Journey to the West Cultural Tourism Circle."
