Lighthouse Cafe is a cute little restuarant and bar along the Qingdao Olympic Center. It offers delicious brunch options as well as coffees and drinks.

Although the drinks are on the pricier side, its worth it for the view. I am sure a sunnier day would have been more beautiful. You have options to sit inside or outside, and can enjoy a good brunch or drink while watching the boats go in and out. It also has a wonderful view of the city, and is right on the end so it doeant get crowded with a lot of foot traffic.
