People with heart disease, high blood pressure, colds, fevers, recovering from serious illness, chronic illness, or skin damage/infection shouldn't visit hot springs.

Hot springs consume a lot of energy and increase your heart rate, so you shouldn't drink alcohol, exercise, eat too much, be hungry, or be tired before visiting a hot spring.
