A Short Trip to Shenyang: Finding Comfort at Magic Cube Farm and Enjoying Luxury at Haoze Hotel

Finally, the long-awaited time to rest with my best friend arrived. We decided to set aside the trivial matters and embarked on a spontaneous short trip, with Shenyang as our destination — a newly popular spot that has captured our hearts.

Upon arriving in Shenyang, our first stop was the Heping Bay Magic Cube Farm. As soon as we stepped into the farm, the scene before us warmed our hearts: the clear blue sky was dotted with clouds that looked like carefully shredded cotton, drifting slowly; beneath our feet stretched an endless green meadow, so soft it seemed to gently absorb all our fatigue. Strolling along the path, we occasionally saw a few deer leisurely wandering. Their fur was smooth, their eyes gentle, and sometimes they looked up to meet our gaze, instantly adding a lively and adorable charm to the entire farm.

Everywhere on the farm, there were carefully designed photo spots — vintage benches placed under the shade of trees, white gauze canopies set up beside flower beds, each corner filled with a romantic atmosphere. We took turns posing for photos with the deer by the grass, letting the sunlight stretch our shadows long; then we sat by the props at the photo spots, smiling and flashing peace signs, capturing moments of happiness. Besides taking pictures, the farm’s picking area and camping site were especially appealing. Carrying small baskets, we selected fresh fruits and vegetables in the picking area, our fingertips touching the tender produce, hearts full of the joy of harvest; when tired, we found a shady spot in the camping area to sit, feeling the breeze brush our cheeks and smelling the fresh scent of grass and earth in the air — so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave.

As the sun set and fatigue gradually set in, we headed to the Haoze Hotel in Shenyang, which we had booked in advance. Opening the door to the room, we were immediately attracted by its spaciousness. The partition in the middle of the room cleverly divided different areas, ensuring privacy while making the space feel exceptionally open. Next to the partition was a small, soft, and comfortable sofa, and on the nearby table, thoughtful free coffee was prepared. I made a cup of coffee, sat on the sofa, took a gentle sip, and the rich aroma spread in my mouth, as if all the day’s tiredness slowly dissolved in this cup of coffee.

This short trip to Shenyang had no rushed itinerary, only the ease and comfort of being with my best friend. From the blue sky and white clouds and adorable deer at Magic Cube Farm to the spacious room and warm coffee at Haoze Hotel, every moment was filled with beauty. Though brief, this journey became an unforgettable memory in our hearts.
