Quanzhou City: Morning and Evening

Look at this treasure hotel I found! It's hidden behind Qingyuan Mountain, a 5A scenic spot! Quanzhou Mingshan Qingyuan Tea House

📍Location
The hotel is located behind Qingyuan Mountain, a 5A scenic spot. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the scenic spot, which takes about 10 minutes.
When we went down the mountain to West Street, the hotel staff drove us to the foot of the mountain, and it only cost us a little over 10 yuan to take a taxi. The prices in Quanzhou are very cheap, haha.

The view from the room is amazing, with green mountains and trees and the beautiful Quanzhou City.
My bestie and I sat and chatted while enjoying the view and the tea provided by the hotel (Pic 3️⃣).

🍵Intangible Cultural Heritage Tea Culture
The hotel offers many tea-related activities, which is not surprising since it is in Quanzhou! My bestie and I set aside a day to experience them.
In the morning, a staff member taught us how to make Song-style tea (Pic 4️⃣, bottom), which is the same as in Liu Yifei's TV series "A Dream of Splendor"! We learned about the history and culture of tea and painted on the tea surface. It was fun!
In the afternoon, we experienced intangible cultural heritage tea in their glass tea room (Pic 4️⃣, top). The view from the tea room was also beautiful, and my bestie and I took a lot of photos. 📷

🍴Dining
Breakfast was hearty and delicious (Pic 5️⃣, top).
My bestie and I didn't want to go down the mountain and wait in line for lunch and dinner, so we ate at the tea house.
Ordering was easy. We ordered in the service group, and they called us when the food was ready.
The food was surprisingly good! It was authentic Minnan cuisine, and they also served their own chickens, ducks, and vegetables, which were fresh and sweet.

The staff told us that March and April are the cherry blossom season, so my bestie and I will definitely come back for a few days to take photos!
