Wat Pa Pradu Royal Monastery, Rayong Province

It is assumed that it was built in the Ayutthaya period. History before the temple was built, around the year 2372, a monk named Upachaya Thian, who originally resided at Wat Noen (or another name is Wat Intharasombat, currently combined with Wat Lum) found this place as an abandoned temple with many Takian trees. There are only ruins of the temple, the remains of the church, the remains of the reclining Buddha image, and the remains of the principal Buddha image, which is the Pali Laiyok Buddha image. This Wat Pa Pradu used to have the original name of Wat Pa Lelaiyok. #ThisTripIveWaitedFor #AristitleTour #VisitRayong
