Chocolate lovers, rejoice! 🍫🍫 PLearn Chocolate is the place everyone has been raving about. If you’re in Rayong and a fan of chocolate, you absolutely cannot miss this spot.

The owner, Khun Mali, is Thailand’s first Chocorista champion, a title given to master chocolate brewers.

The name "PLearn" comes from the words "Play" and "Learn" because Khun Mali wanted this place to be a fun and educational chocolate-making experience. How adorable is that?

I was eager to visit and meet Khun Mali, but unfortunately, she wasn’t there. Nevertheless, the staff made impressive drinks that were just as delightful. I was amazed to learn that chocolate has as rich a story as coffee or wine – it was an eye-opening experience.

Upon arriving, the staff introduced me to their chocolate bar, where they explained the story behind chocolates from four provinces: Rayong, Chanthaburi, Chiang Rai, and Phetchabun. You get to taste samples from each province before deciding which one you like best – it's fantastic!

I couldn’t resist ordering the menu item that won Khun Mali her championship. It was incredibly delicious, unlike anything I’ve ever tasted before. Now I understand why she’s a champion – the flavor was perfectly balanced and absolutely divine. I highly recommend everyone to try it.
