I had a chance to visit Rayong and wanted to find activities for children to do. I found this place, PTTLNG. They have an exhibition about liquefied natural gas energy and winter flowers for you to see. There is also a path for studying the natural ecosystem. Most importantly, it is free of charge. Children will gain knowledge and enjoy seeing flowers. I recommend bringing a jacket for the children. The flower zone is quite cold. Inside the flower zone, there are dessert shops, Amazon shops, and flower shops. You can check the opening hours at Miracle of Natural.
