A one-day tour of Zhongyan Temple in Qingshen, overnight stay at Ji Hotel Meishan Tianfu New Area on the way back

Went to Zhongyan Temple in Qingshen County over the weekend and was truly amazed by this ancient temple with a history of over 1,600 years! It was built during the Eastern Jin Dynasty and is a nationally protected cultural heritage site. The forest coverage rate is over 95%🌳 Walking through it feels like traveling back in time.

Not only is the natural scenery here stunning, but the cultural heritage is also very rich. There are 161 inscriptions by famous historical figures such as Li Bai and Su Shi, as well as 68 niches with more than 2,400 cliff carvings, each telling a story of history📜 The most famous is the "Fish Calling Pond." It is said that when Su Dongpo was studying here, he met his teacher’s daughter Wang Fu because she named this pond "Fish Calling Pond," which led to a beautiful story.

We got so absorbed in exploring the temple that it was already evening🌆 When we headed back to Chengdu, we realized it was too late, so we decided to rest halfway in Meishan Tianfu New Area. After checking many hotels, we finally chose Ji Hotel. It turned out to be the perfect decision!

Although there were some small hiccups on this trip to Zhongyan Temple in Qingshen, thanks to Ji Hotel, it still had a fantastic ending~ Next time, I want to see the fireflies at Zhongyan Temple and plan to stay here again💗
