Rovaniemi 🎄, a city located in the Lapland region of Finland, is famous for the Santa Claus Village. However, this time, I’d like to introduce other ways to enjoy this charming city ☝🏻

① Visit Rovaniemi Church.
📍 Location: Yliopistonkatu 1, 96100 Rovaniemi
🕰️ Hours: 10:00–20:00
This beautiful church is a symbol of Rovaniemi. The warm and inviting atmosphere is truly delightful.
② Walk along the Kemijoki River 🚶♀️
In Finland during winter, the sun rises around 10 AM and sets by 3 PM. Even at noon, the sun doesn’t fully rise. The sky is painted in stunning hues, resembling a mix of sunrise and sunset.
③ Shop at the flea market 🛒
"Vintik Oy Vintikki"
📍 Location: Varastotie 2, 96320 Rovaniemi
🕰️ Hours: 10:00–18:00
This flea market is housed in a large warehouse-like space. You can find antiques and vintage items here! Go treasure hunting!
④ Santa Claus-approved 🎅🏼 McDonald's 🍔
📍 Location: Vierustie 1, 96320 Rovaniemi
🕰️ Hours: Open 24 hours
This is the only McDonald's in the world officially approved by Santa Claus. You can even get a postcard here◎
⑤ Learn about Lapland!
"Provincial Museum of Lapland"
📍 Location: Pohjoisranta 4, 96200 Rovaniemi
🕰️ Hours: 10:00–18:00
This museum, known as Arktikum, offers insights into the nature and history of Lapland. The visuals showcasing the majestic landscapes are truly breathtaking◎
Rovaniemi has so much to offer beyond the Santa Claus Village. Be sure to explore and enjoy walking through this enchanting city ☝🏻⭐️
