Saga Ramen "Big One"

This is a long-established Saga ramen shop that was founded in 1983.
It's right next to Saga Station, so you'll find it right away.

It was my first time eating Saga ramen, but it was not as strong as I expected and was light and easy to eat.
(It has a different taste from Hakata ramen.)
It comes with an egg on top, and you can enjoy changing the flavor by cracking the yolk.

The unique smell of tonkotsu wafts through the store, so if you don't mind it, please go.

I think the owner, a grandmother, will welcome you with a friendly attitude.
