5 Days in Saint Petersburg – And It Wasn’t Enough!

#postandearn
We visited Saint Petersburg at the beginning of August, and honestly, five days were not enough to see it all. This city is full of history, beauty, and culture at every corner.
In just a few days, we managed to explore:
Nevsky Prospect – the vibrant heart of the city.
The Hermitage – one of the world’s greatest museums.
The Fabergé Museum – small but stunning.
Petergof – the “Russian Versailles” with
fountains and palaces.
Vasilievsky Ostrov – charming and a bit quieter.
Isaakievsky Cathedral – massive and breathtaking.
Kazansky Cathedral – equally impressive, with a different spirit.
The food? Absolutely amazing everywhere we went – and much cheaper than in Moscow!
We stayed in two different hotels: one on Nevsky Prospect and another on Vasilievsky Ostrov. This was the best decision because it allowed us to experience both sides of the city without wasting too much time (or money) on taxis and the subway.
