: When you first arrive, the area near the beach chairs is teeming with colorful fish. If you go further back, it’s quieter but lacks guards and the fish are less vibrant.

The back of the island has plenty of shade, so if you bring a mat, you won’t need to rent a parasol at the entrance. However, the sun is extremely strong, so make sure to wear a rash guard while snorkeling. A rash guard is a must-have survival item on Managaha Island.
