Located in Salisbury Plain, UK, Stonehenge is a 5000 years old UNESCO World Heritage site and world famous prehistoric temple that you must visit at least once in a lifetime!!

It is a masterpiece of the engineering where the stones are erecting and lining up in a circle. Up until today, no one knows who built it and how the giant stone moved to the Stonehenge without having the advanced technology during the ancient time but the archeologists believe that it may have served as a calendar to keep track the movement of the sun. Some also said that it had been used as a cemetery and all the funeral ceremonies would be held here.

Highly recommend everyone to visit this place while travelling to UK. I personally took the half day tour directly as the location is quite far from London which is around 2 hours + driving distance . Hence, it is much more convenience to have someone to pick us up/drop us off.

If you have more time, you may also customise the tour option by adding some other nearby tourist attractions such as Windsor Castle and Oxford after the visit of Stonehenge.
