Day1️⃣: Chengdu—Sanya Bay Homestay—Go out for food🍽️ (Coconut Chicken)—Ride an electric scooter🛵 to Coconut Dream Corridor (Sanya Haiyun Resort—Sanya Wedding Photography Base)—Yiheng Night Market (Great for shopping and eating! 5 boxes of fruit for CNY 20/Sichuan-style fried seafood🦞CNY 268 per serving, you can bargain with the owner/Qingbuliang coconut jelly)
Day2️⃣: West Island (10 am to 5 pm/We had lunch at a local restaurant run by an islander, the fried snails were great👍)—Dinner: Afang Laobacha (average)—First Market Night Market (Ajv Ice Drink's🥭mango fried ice is highly recommended)—Return to homestay
Day3️⃣: Change hotels to Houhai Village—Lunch: Vanilla Duck (Huniu Vanilla Duck is not recommended❌)—Star Malt Coffee Shop (A popular shop with beautiful photo opportunities, order a cup of coffee🍸and enjoy the sea view)—CDF Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex🛍️ (Mainly visited the C Zone beauty area)—Return to Houhai Village for dinner at Zhengxiang BBQ (20 grilled oysters or scallops for CNY 10, super delicious)—Visit Houhai Village (Buy Hainan specialties, visit art shops, bar street, set off fireworks by the sea🎆)—Return to hotel to rest
Day4️⃣: Wuzhizhou Island (10 am to 2 pm)—Return to Houhai Village for dinner at Sanhe Restaurant (The best meal in Sanya!! Affordable, large portions, and delicious. The seafood porridge🥣is highly recommended. You must try the Hainan winged bean🥬, which is said to only be available in Hainan😋)—Phoenix Airport✈️
🌴Attraction Recommendations:
1️⃣Coconut Dream Corridor
You don't need to go to a specific check-in point, just take a taxi to Haiyun Resort and walk along the beach. The blue sky, coconut trees, and sunset make for great photos. To see the sunset, go around 6 pm.
2️⃣West Island
After getting off the boat, turn left and walk along the beach to the crooked tree, a popular photo spot. Next is the coral wall, which you must take a photo of!! The best photo spot on West Island. You can also visit Linhai Road, the Seaside Bookstore, and Niuwangling.
3️⃣Wuzhizhou Island
Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boats... There are many fun water activities. The water is clear and there are many fish, making it suitable for diving. You can see the glass sea and jelly sea.
🚘Transportation:
The main way to get between major attractions in Sanya is by taxi.
🚢West Island: Round-trip ferry ticket + admission (CNY 90/person)
🛺Island transportation: CNY 25/person. There were five of us, so we rented a sightseeing car. The driver was always available. West Island is a small fishing village. If you rent an electric scooter, we recommend that only experienced riders use it. The village roads are narrow and winding, and the sun is very hot🔥.
🛳️Wuzhizhou Island: Round-trip ferry ticket + admission (CNY 135/person)
🛺Island transportation: 🚶Walking (only 1/3 of the route is walkable, the rest requires a sightseeing car); Sightseeing car CNY 68/person, you cannot get off the car during the tour; Sightseeing car CNY 138/person, you can get off the car to take photos at attractions.
