Not as Impressive as Expected for a Hilton

I stayed at Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort & Spa, expecting a high-quality experience from such a well-known brand, but overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

The resort is massive, and with so many guests staying at once, it often feels crowded—especially in common areas like the lobby and pool. The service was average at best, lacking the warmth and attentiveness you’d expect from a five-star resort.

Another downside is that the hotel feels a little outdated, and while the rooms are spacious, they don’t quite have that modern, luxurious feel.

The location is also inconvenient—there are no food stalls or shopping areas nearby, so unless you’re planning to dine in the hotel’s restaurants, you’re left with limited options.

Overall, while the Hilton name brings certain expectations, this stay didn’t quite live up to them.
