There are three islands on Xiaoyao Lake. The northern island, home to the Xiaoyao Villa, is the largest and connected to the mainland by the Dujin Bridge. Luo Island, to the south, is the smallest. The central island houses the main attraction, Zhang Liao's cenotaph. Access to the island requires a boat tour. The island is lush with vegetation, so it's recommended to simply sail the boat to explore nearby. About 100 meters north of Xiaoyao Pavilion along the lake is the boat dock, offering pedal boats and rowboats for an additional fee.
