Located about 24 km west of Sanya city, Tianya Haijiao (roughly “Ends of the Earth”) is famed for its symbolic coastal boulders—the Sun and Moon Rocks—inscribed with poetry, representing eternal love. Once referenced in classic poems, the site has become a honeymoon favourite in China. Couples come to scan wide coastal views, explore rock formations with literary inscriptions, and enjoy scenic beaches.
