The South China Sea can be quite restless: I was lucky to be on vacation during days with fairly large waves. I've loved swimming with waves since childhood – to me, it's a fun activity. But there was a small hitch – the joy of exciting swimming was overshadowed by one little detail 🌊
The thing is, the shore was littered with jellyfish, and not just any jellyfish, but enormous ones! Honestly, I've never seen such big ones before. They're called Rhopilema jellyfish, and they can weigh up to 10 kg! 🪼
Fortunately, they're not very dangerous to humans. At most, they might give you a scare. After seeing them, I decided that water activities for the day were over... 😅
