The Sapporo TV Tower is one of Sapporo's most famous tourist spots. It is a 147m tall building, and from the observation deck located 90m above ground, you can get a panoramic view of Sapporo's well-maintained cityscape and night view. The admission fee is 1000 yen. Sapporo receives a lot of snow in the winter, so the underground passages are well-maintained. For that reason, Sapporo Station and Odori Park are connected by an underground passage, and most of the way to the TV Tower can be accessed by underground passage.
In addition, the area is packed with ramen shops from all over Hokkaido. It is often said that Sapporo is known for miso, Hakodate for salt, and Asahikawa for soy sauce, but in Sapporo, there are branches of famous shops. There is a clear difference in the taste of each, and each shop boasts a high level of quality.
