There are many things to see in Sapporo, but I went to the 73rd Sapporo Snow Festival, a Sapporo tradition, so I'll introduce it to you.

The Sapporo Snow Festival began in 1950 when local junior and senior high school students made snow sculptures in Odori Park.

You can enjoy the magnificent snow sculptures created by citizens and members of the Self-Defense Forces.

The Sapporo Snow Festival venue will only have two venues in 2023:

✅Date 2023 2/4-2/11

✅Odori Park Venue

✅Susukino Venue

This time, I will share

✅Odori Park 1-chome to Nishi 3-chome, where the Sapporo TV Tower is located

✅1 minute walk from Odori on the Tozai Subway Line

✅Nishi 1-chome Venue

There is the Sapporo Curling Experience Park,

the Christmas tree that can also be seen in the white illumination, and above all, the TV tower.

The view of Odori Park from the TV tower observation deck is very beautiful.

✅ West 2-chome venue

There was a character that supports Hokkaido, Snow Miku, Winter Rei version

There was also a space called Ice Instruments, where you could experience playing instruments made of ice

✅ West 3-chome venue

There were many snow sculptures made by citizens here.
