Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo 22nd Floor Pegasus

Located on the 22nd floor of Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, Pegasus, this breakfast is only available to guests staying in the hotel. If guests did not expect to book breakfast when booking the hotel, they can also tell the hotel when checking in that they need this breakfast service. Please note that cash payment is not supported on site.

The set menu is provided in semi-buffet style. These include pickled kelp, dried squid and conch, ham with vegetable salad, and pickled vegetable sashimi with a unique taste. The trout grilled with yuzu and soy sauce is very appetizing. Scallops and seaweed are topped with butter and soy sauce, and dried salmon roe is placed on top, which gives it a unique flavor. Trout and salmon roe are served with steamed eggs for a different taste.

There is also beef cooked in white bean soup, miso soup and Japanese rice. The basic meals alone are enough to make you feel full. Add to that Hokkaido milk and the self-service beverage area, and it's another rich Japanese breakfast.
