Sapporo, Hokkaido. "SHIRAYUKI" soft serve ice cream made with 100% Hokkaido milk. Wrapped in a red napkin.

Sapporo, Hokkaido.
This is SHIRAYUKI, a takeout-only sweets cafe.

Shirayuki's simplest "Premium Soft Serve" comes in a cone (450 yen) or cup (400 yen).

It's made with 100% pasteurized Hokkaido milk.

In fact, this soft serve ice cream is served on a red napkin, and the cone is also shaped like a flower (I only realized this after I finished eating it 🥶)!

They also have other soft serve ice cream options with gorgeous toppings.

The drink menu is extensive, with latte options such as the Pistachio Latte, Strawberry Milk Latte, and Oreo Strawberry Milk Latte.

Amazake options include Strawberry Amazake, Oreo Amazake, and Honey Amazake.

They also have Zenzai options served in cups.

One item that caught my eye was the "Buckwheat Honey Latte."
Apparently, this latte is made with honey harvested from buckwheat flowers at a bee farm in Kamifurano Town!

400m from Odori Station (Subway)
