Sapporo, Hokkaido. "Kessel Hall (Sapporo Beer Garden)" where you can watch the beer kiln being brewed and grill Genghis Khan.

The huge beer kiln built in 1912 is a Jingisukan hall called "Kessel Hall (Sapporo Beer Garden)" that catches your eye.

If you look closely, you can see that the Jingisukan hot plate is shaped like Hokkaido.

Kessel Hall offers an all-you-can-eat menu (100 minutes) for 3,600 yen and up.

The all-you-can-drink beer is available in the "Standard (1,980 yen, all-you-can-eat order is 1,680 yen)" and "Premium (2,580 yen)" plans.

Don't worry, even if you don't like alcohol or beer, there is an "all-you-can-drink soft drinks (800 yen)".

Orders are made on a tablet touch panel.

I was wondering which facility to use, but the image of the facilities at "Kessel Hall" was very good.

It seems that the restaurant is often fully booked, so I recommend making a reservation before using it!

It was impressive to see everyone happily eating Genghis Khan 😊
