thick snow and feels romantic with decorations

We visited here at the end of winter, and the snow had melted. We only purchased the entrance ticket, 800 yen per adult per entry, to visit the area.
Only caveat was that it is quite a walk from the nearest train station. It doesn’t help that it was paved with melting snow which made it hard to walk with a stroller.

I recommend coming before sunset so that you can take pictures before and after the illuminations are turned on. Of course do try as many items while you are here.
