A delicious bagel shop that's only open on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays🥯

MC bake is a popular shop that specializes in additive-free bagels 🥯 made with Hokkaido-grown "Haruyokoi" wheat, natural yeast, water, and salt, and fermented for a long time. They're open only three days a week, and they have a wide variety of bagel sandwiches that all looked delicious, so I ended up buying a lot.

Bagel sandwiches 🥯 include Earl Grey with three kinds of berries, zunda, chocolate orange, cinnamon honey, apple, sesame and matcha, shirasu cheese, asparagus bagel epi, fig, coarsely ground cheese, garlic butter, salted olive oil, shiso leaf, tuna bacon, double cheese, Earl Grey orange, edamame/cheese, Vienna mustard, and ham mayo corn. ♡
They also had yeast scones with fig, cranberry, white chocolate, bittersweet coffee, milk cream, lemon-soaked prune, milk cream, almond, and soybean flour milk cream.

The shiso leaf and tuna bagel is highly recommended! 1 minute walk from Kita 7-jo Nishi 23-chome bus stop. 10 minutes walk from Nishi 28-chome Station on the Tozai Subway Line. Address: 250-6 Kita 6-jo Nishi 22-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday: 11:00 AM - until sold out. Reservations can be made in-store or on Instagram every Thursday from 6:00 PM. 🥯
