Recommended clothing for your upcoming winter trip to Sapporo

Attention everyone preparing for a trip to Sapporo this coming winter!
I went to Sapporo in both December and February:)

First of all, downtown Sapporo is less cold than you might think!
That's why I recommend wearing several layers of thin clothing instead of a stuffy long padding:)
(Restaurants and the subway are actually hot)

Because Otaru and Biei get a lot of snow,
make sure to dress warmly when you go over these areas!

Biei in particular gets a lot of wind,
so I recommend you bring winter items like scarves and gloves!

Lastly, since Sapporo is a country that gets a lot of snow,
you can enjoy a perfect trip if you spray shaved ice on your shoes😊
