This restaurant originated in Nemuro and has been featured in the media many times, making it a very popular restaurant.

I first went to another store, but the tickets were already sold out around 7:30 p.m., so I came here instead.

I was able to get a ticket, but I had to wait two hours.

The seats are arranged around the kitchen, so you can see the chefs making sushi up close from both the counter seats and the box seats.

Write the number of the menu you want to order on the order form placed at your seat and hand it to the staff.

The main menu has about 100 items! There are also about 20 seasonal items.

The crab miso soup is also very filling!

This sushi restaurant was full of menu items unique to Hokkaido and left me very satisfied.
