In Japan, there is a hangover ramen culture where you finish off drinking with ramen, but in Sapporo, there is a unique(?) parfait culture! 🍺🍻

It became popular and became a culture among young people! This culture is called shime parfait (shime parfait), combining shime (finish) and parfait!! ✨

Currently, there is a parfait promotion committee in Sapporo, and there are about 20 parfait shops registered as Sapporo Shime Parfait franchises!
