This time I rushed out of Hong Kong to Hokkaido to eat Omakase🍣 Restaurant called Sushidokoro Towa, the location is quite convenient, in the middle of two must-see attractions, Odori Park and Hokkaido Shrine, about 10 minutes from the nearest subway station
The owner, Master Tsukahara Takashi, has been in this industry for more than 30 years and opened his own restaurant in 2014👍🏻
🌟Sushi section
There are bream, tonga, small muscle, sashimi, eel, salmon, salmon caviar and seaweed, the most profound of which is the seaweed army ship, because the entrance melts, sushi section will have a heavier seasoning compared to sashimi, ingredients and seasonings taste half and half
🌟Soups and homemade desserts
Hojicha pudding has a rich and prominent tea flavour, and is topped with a layer of Hokkaido honey, which is soothing and comfortable
