Every time I come to Sapporo, I always visit here for a bowl of sea urchin rice bowl. The freshness and price advantage due to its local sourcing are unbeatable. Compared to Tokyo, the price is at least one-third cheaper, and it's even more affordable compared to prices in Taiwan. 🫢

This renowned shop in Nijo Market has been my go-to for three visits now. This time, I finally got to try their summer-exclusive, limited-edition dual-colored sea urchin rice bowl featuring purple sea urchin and horse-dung sea urchin 🥰. Of course, I indulged in an extra portion 🤭. Among the three sea urchin rice bowls I tried during this solo trip, this one was the most satisfying 😙.

I planned to have brunch here, and it turned out to be a feast 🤭. The extra portion of the summer-exclusive dual-colored sea urchin rice bowl was luxurious, and I added 🦀 crab meat for an even richer experience. Additionally, I ordered the following Hokkaido-exclusive ingredients:
