🍜Introduction by the glutton Aji: Shintoku Soba Restaurant

Driving back to Sapporo from Obihiro this time, my Japanese friend took a detour for this restaurant, got off the expressway and drove an extra hour back and forth just to eat at this "Shintoku Soba Restaurant", which should be a guarantee of quality

It's 2pm and we still have to wait for a table, which shows how popular it is. The fragrant soba noodles are suitable for both cold and warm food. Looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows are all buckwheat fields, as if wandering in a sea of buckwheat flour.

There is also a store here where you can buy soba noodles and sauces, and cook soba noodles yourself at home!
