Maruyama Zoo is located in the western part of Sapporo. A 15-minute walk from Maruyama Koenmae Station, it's easily accessible—adults are 800 yen, and middle school students and younger are free—making it a great place to visit with the family.
The content is so comprehensive that even two hours won't be enough! From the iconic red panda to penguins, polar bears, monkeys, eagles, and rabbits, you'll have the opportunity to encounter a vast array of animals. Be sure to visit when the red pandas are free to roam!
