Sapporo has so many specialties.
Dairy products like milk, butter, cheese, and bread.
Side dishes like zangi (Korean savory pancakes), fried chicken, and soup curry.
But sometimes, you crave something more sinister!
A well-cooked lamb yakiniku paired with a strong Sapporo beer!
This is the place to satisfy that romantic desire!

————————

1) Various shops within the beer garden

There are five shops within the beer garden:
Poplar Hall, Lilac, Pioneer Hall, Beer Garden, and Garden Grill.
While these five shops may seem similar at first glance, they differ in their layout and pricing.
Check which shops offer which courses beforehand.

2) Reservations are required

You can't just show up at each shop without a reservation.
You must first complete a general registration or make an online reservation before visiting the shop.
If a general registration is not available, you may be directed to another shop. As of 1:00 PM, all the restaurants were full, with an hour-long wait.
We recommend making a reservation online in advance or arriving early.

3) Poplar Restaurant

We found the most affordable option, Poplar Restaurant.
Poplar Restaurant is the largest restaurant and generally easy to find.
Of course, it seems to fill up quickly.
Since we don't drink alcohol, we ordered the 3,000 yen lunch course per person.
We were able to order lamb Jingisukan, round Jingisukan, chicken and pork Jingisukan, and vegetables.
The drink bar offered drinks like cola, corn tea, oolong tea, and ice cream.

The lamb meat had a distinct, chewy texture and was surprisingly tender!
I think it's a great option even for those who don't like lamb.
The restaurant was filled with a diverse mix of people, both young and old.

4) 60 minutes to order, 80 minutes to eat

Lunch courses are available for ordering within 60 minutes of being seated.
After 60 minutes, tablet orders are automatically disabled, and drinks and ice cream are no longer available.
They notify you in advance, but the layout is hectic, so placing multiple orders in advance might be a good idea.

5) Robots serve

Robots serve, and the limited staff makes it difficult to communicate requests. The constant movement of robots can be quite hectic, so if you're looking for a leisurely family meal, we recommend choosing another restaurant.

The Jingisukan meal, which can be a bit complicated due to the ordering process and other factors, is guaranteed to be delicious.

We encourage you to give it a try!
