Sapporo's best food, high-end crab restaurant: Susukino Kaniichi

We wanted to have crab for dinner in Sapporo. After comparing prices, atmosphere, and reviews, we decided on Susukino Kaniichi.

The overall atmosphere was quiet and elegant. The staff was friendly. Every dish exuded the exquisite craftsmanship of the artisans.

We arrived early at 5:00 PM and asked if we could be seated earlier. They graciously agreed (probably because there were not many customers that day).

Atmosphere:
The wooden door and simple signage at the entrance gave off the calming atmosphere of a fine-dining restaurant. We sat at the counter and were greeted by a beautiful waitress who spoke fluent English. Communication was seamless and left a positive impression. 👏🏻
